설명

메시지 목록 API에 서비스 필터와 발송상태 집계를 추가한다.

범위

  • 대상 API: POST /v1/in/message/list
  • 서비스 필터 + 발송상태(complete|pending|failed) 집계 + 페이지네이션 메타
  • FR-MSG-003 충족

작업 내용

  • 상태 집계 쿼리 정리
  • 서비스 필터/상태 탭 매핑
  • 목록 조회 성능 인덱스 검토

완료 기준

  • 목록 화면 필터/탭/상태 카운트 일치
