WP-STA-05: 식별자/상태 매핑 고정

통계/이력 간 식별자와 상태 라벨 매핑을 고정한다.

  • PRD FR-STA-005: messageId, message_code, job_id 매핑 규칙 문서화/반영
  • PRD FR-STA-006: 대시보드/이력 간 상태 라벨 일치

갭 분석

  • 식별자(FR-STA-005): 이미 일관됨 ✅
  • 상태 라벨(FR-STA-006): TopMessageDto에 status 필드 없음 → 추가 필요

작업 체크리스트

  • TopMessageDto에 status 필드 추가
  • StatsService.GetDashboardAsync에서 SendStatus.Determine() 적용
  • 빌드 검증
  • PR 생성
